All orders after 1pm will be shipped in next working day.

Sefnetix.co.uk uses FEDEX, DHL, DPD and UPS, all major logistic companies to ship the goods. As soon as your items are shipped, you get tracking information that tells you where your package is and when it will arrive. This way you can monitor your in-transit item for delivery.

Return & Refund Policy

Whether you’re simply unhappy with your purchase or the goods are faulty, our simple to follow returns process allows you to return your items to us easily. Simply send us an email at sales@sefnetix.co.uk indicating your order number for Refund/Exchange form that you would like an exchange/refund for a new size/colour in the ‘Return Reason Code’ column. We will send Refund/Exchange form with return address. **We can not accept the returns, if goods that have been embroidered, badged or printed and, goods that have been assembled or specially procured in line with your requirements, do not part of our standard range.

A charge of 25% of invoice value or a minimum charge of £10.00, in respect of packaging and administration, may be levied on goods ‘Not Wanted’ or ‘Incorrectly Ordered’, or due to duplication resulting from a ‘Confirmation Order’ not endorsed to that effect. All goods returned under this category must be received in their original supplied condition and returned to SefNetix within 30 days of the original invoice date. The purchaser will bear all costs of returning any goods. No goods that have been customised and manufactured to the purchaser’s special requirements, can be returned for credit unless previously agreed with SefNetix. This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

Unwanted Goods

If you’re not happy with your purchase or have changed your mind, let us know within 07 calendar days of receiving/collecting your goods and we can issue a refund for the cost of goods and delivery, subject to the following condition:

The goods are undamaged, in the original packaging, with all trademarks or other labelling intact and fully suitable for re-sale.

Defective goods

If your goods are defective simply return the item to us. If we find upon inspection that the goods are deemed defective, we will refund the cost of the goods and delivery. Should you wish to discuss the potential fault or product specification then please call us for further advice & support.

Exchange an Item

You may exchange full price items for a different size or colour. Simply send us an email at sales@sefnetix.co.uk indicating your order number that you would like an exchange for a new size/colour in the ‘Return Reason Code’ column. We will send Refund/Exchange form with return address.

All exchanges are subject to stock availability.

TRADING ACCOUNT

To open a credit account, please contact SefNetix and, subject to a satisfactory credit check, a 30-day account will be opened. Any credit limit granted to the purchaser shall at all times be at the discretion of SefNetix and may be reduced, suspended or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

FORCE MAJEUREM

All contracts and transactions are subject to force majeure. SefNetix shall not be liable for any failure arising from circumstances beyond its control. For example, among others; Act of God, war, riot, explosion, fire, flood, strikes, supplier delays or Government action.

LAW & JURISDICTION

All transactions and disputes will be governed in accordance with the law of England.

WARRANTY/GUARANTEE

SefNetix guarantee all products against serious defect for a period of one year from delivery. The company will either replace the product, repair the product or credit the full price of the goods. This is the extent of the guarantee. Such warranties do not apply to probes, where a six-month period is offered. The product warranty / guarantee does not cover damage caused by fair wear and tear, abnormal storage conditions, incorrect use, accidental misuse, abuse, neglect, misapplication or modification, or use with non-SefNetix hardware/software. The user should make themselves aware of the proper use of measurement equipment, including maintenance, calibration, and comparison with other instruments. In line with our policy of continuous development, we reserve the right to amend our product specification without prior notice. Any claims under warranty, or complaints as to products or services, should be addressed to SefNetix UK Ltd.
