What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Sefnetix.co.uk uses FEDEX, DHL, DPD and UPS, all major logistic companies to ship the goods. As soon as your items are shipped, you get tracking information that tells you where your package is and when it will arrive. This way you can monitor your in-transit item for delivery.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We accept all major credit and debit cards such as Visa, Visa Electro, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express through secure Global Payments Gateway. You can also make a payment by your Paypal account.

How long will delivery take?

If you order before 1.00pm Monday — Friday except Bank Holidays, your order will be despatched the very same day.

All orders after 1pm will be shipped in next working day.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Your data will be handled confidentially and encrypted with SSL secure server software. The encrypted information of your order, your name, address, Debit/credit card or bank details cannot be read by any third party. Any Card payments will also be verified through the 3D secure procedure.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Once you have checked out your order, you should receive an e-mail from us confirming your payment, followed by an e-mail from us acknowledging your order along with a copy of invoice.
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within next day. Once we have dispatched your order, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

You should have received an invoice in the order confirmation email that we sent you right after your payment was processed. You also can find it in your account dashboard.
